1. ALL SALES FINAL: All Frascara purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for any reason, including changes in personal preference, sizing issues, or a change of mind.

2. DRESS INSPECTION: Each Frascara dress undergoes a meticulous inspection before leaving our store to meet our stringent quality standards. As all of our garments are made in-house in Toronto, we have complete line of sight of the garments from start to finish. 

3. SIZE AND FIT: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct size is chosen. Please refer to our detailed sizing charts and measurements provided to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate exchanges or returns due to sizing issues.

4. ALTERATIONS: Any necessary alterations are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting with a professional tailor to achieve the perfect fit. Frascara is not liable for any alteration costs or complications.

5. CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES: We are not able to cancel or make changes to an order once it is placed.

6. SHIPPING: All made to order garments will ship in 6-8 weeks. All sale items will arrive within 7-10 days. You will receive an email with a link to track your order closer to delivery.
